All programs are run out of my home fitness studio in Newmarket, Ontario.

Personal Training

Training one on one allows you to set the ideal schedule and streamline the focus. Optimizing the training time produces serious results.

Sessions are booked 5 or more at a time, and are 50 minutes in length.

Sessions available Mon – Thurs 8am – 4pm

Private Small Group

Have a blast working out with a friend or your own group of friends, family or coworkers. 2 or more (to a max of 6).

Sessions are booked 4 or more at a time, and are 50 minutes in length.

Strong and Fit Group Classes

It’s a new type of girl’s night out, and you’re going to love it!

Circuit based weight training workout using a variety of equipment including TRX, Bosu and battling ropes to name a few. We hit large muscle groups which blasts fat and calories.

Sign up for 1-5 classes/week.

Classes available Mon – Thurs 5:15 – 8:15pm, Fridays at noon.

Muay Thai Circuit Blast

Guest trainer Rocky provides circuit training and conditioning drills incorporating Muay Thai techniques focusing on proper form and striking and defense skills.

Max 8 ladies.

Saturdays 9am starting April 2016.

My name is Emily and I love to stay Strong and Fit!

I’m a wife, entrepreneur, and mother of 2 great kids.

I am a CanFit Pro Certified Personal Training Specialist and a TRX Qualified Trainer.

My fitness programs include small group training, personal training, and TRX classes all from my home studio near Yonge and Mulock in Newmarket, Ontario.

I am experienced in a variety of fitness equipment including: TRX, Bosu, Equalizer Bars, Resistance Bands, Dumbbells, Stability Ball, Battling/Heavy Ropes.

Rocky Fuda
Certified Personal Training Specialist

Being a family man myself with a full time job and a consistent training regimen I know the difficulties of maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle.

I am enthusiastic, very patient, compassionate and motivating; I am humorous and love to joke, but serious and focused when it’s time to train.

I also have a great passion for martial arts as a blue level certified Muay Thai Kickboxer.

Seeing as Muay Thai is one of the most efficient and devastating martial arts in the world due to its rigorous training and conditioning regimens, my classes are challenging, enjoyable, dynamic, enhancing and progressive.

  • Thanks to Emily I can perform feats of physical strength that I did not think were possible for me.  Emily’s planning for my sessions is very evident.  She provides consistently challenging workouts that are tailored to me.  I am a leaner, healthier and happier woman with Emily’s smile & encouragement by my side.
